HAVN Roofing LLC is a residential roofing contractor based in Gilbert, AZ. We take pride in quality workmanship, safe job sites, and treating our crews and customers right. We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Project Manager to lead our jobsite team and subcontractors, and keep every project running smoothly from start to finish.

Position Summary

The Roofing Project Manager oversees day-to-day job site inspections and works with subcontractors on specific jobs assigned to them, which are scheduled by staff. They watch over the crew and ensure safety, cleanliness, budget, and installation to manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• •Manage all active roofing projects
• •Supervise, coach, and support roof foremen, crew members, and subcontractors
• •Review contracts, scopes of work, and project plans before jobs begin
• •Oversee material orders, deliveries, dumpsters, and equipment for each job
• •Oversee replacements, repairs, and maintenance on all types of roofing systems
• •Conduct job site visits and inspections to ensure quality, code compliance, and adherence to company standards
• •Enforce company safety policies, including fall protection and daily job site safety checks
• •Communicate with subcontractors, roof foremen, sales and estimating staff, and homeowners about schedules, progress, and any changes
• •Resolve customer concerns, punch-list items, and warranty issues promptly and professionally
• •Track labor costs, material usage, and job progress to keep projects on budget
• •Maintain accurate production reports, job records, and project documentation
• •Help recruit, hire, train, and develop jobsite team members
• •Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order

Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• •At least 3 years of roofing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• •Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and building codes
• •Ability to read and interpret contracts, work orders, plans, and roof measurements
• •Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• •Ability to manage multiple projects and crews at once
• •Must be able to speak English
• •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation of identity and employment eligibility
• •Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license

Preferred:

• •Spanish-speaking highly recommended
• •Experience with all types of roofing systems
• •Experience with JobNimbus or similar job management software
• •Basic computer and smartphone skills for scheduling and reporting

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to work at heights and on steep or uneven surfaces
• •Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs for job inspections
• •Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• •Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and variable weather conditions

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
