Position Overview:

Quick Roofing is looking for a high-performing Roofing Sales Consultant to join our McKinney, TX team as storm season drives peak demand. In this role, you’ll generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted, storm-affected neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• •Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• •Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• •Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• •Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• •Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• •Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• •Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• •Sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• •Comfortableworking outdoors and climbing ladders
• •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• •Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
