Room Attendant

Description

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining our guest rooms and ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will contribute to our goal of providing a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• •Provide top quality service and meets guests needs
• •Thoroughly clean all assigned guestrooms to include: changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, washing and replenishing supplies
• •Thoroughly clean public space, work areas and storage areas
• •Maintain room quality based on hotel and brand standards
• •Follow standard procedures for acceptance and security of guest lost and found items
• •Ensure master keys and located guestroom keys are properly secured
• •Ability to work well with a diverse group of people

Requirements

• •Education or Experience - No prior experience or education is required.
• •Language Skills- Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to: read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules and memos.
• •Mathematical Skills - Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• •Reasoning Ability - Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• •Schedule- Must have weekend availability.
