Are you passionate about cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for guests? We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team! Your attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction will help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for every guest. This is a full-time AM shift position and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• •Clean and refresh guest rooms, ensuring they meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
• •Change linens, make beds, and restock guest room amenities and supplies.
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization in hallways, housekeeping areas, and other assigned areas.
• •Report maintenance issues, damages, and guest room concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• •Follow established cleaning procedures and all applicable health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• •Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• •Properly handle and transport linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• •Assist with deep cleaning and other housekeeping projects as assigned.
• •Work collaboratively with housekeeping leadership and team members to ensure rooms are completed efficiently and to standard.

Requirements

• •Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• •Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• •Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• •Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• •High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience considered.
• •Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures.
• •Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• •Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• •Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications.
• •Additional language ability preferred.
• •CPR and first aid training preferred.
