Key duties…

Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards

Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation

Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly

Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality

Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked condition

Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE

Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor

Assist with turndown service or special requests when required

Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-free

What we are looking for...

A successful Room Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred

Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness

Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently

Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude

Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
