Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) - Full Time Night Shift
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential respiratory care to patients and supporting their recovery and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions in various clinical settings
- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol treatments
- Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment outcomes
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and management strategies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Proven experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of respiratory care procedures, equipment, and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required
