Responsibilities:

• •Perform continuous monitoring of:
• •Access control systems
• •Video surveillance systems
• •Intrusion detection systems
• •Safety and environmental alarm systems

• •Conduct initial triage and classification of events:
• •Security events
• •Safety (EHS) events
• •Infrastructure-related incidents

• •Execute incident escalation in accordance with GSOC escalation models
• •Security Operations teams
• •EHS response teams
• •IRC / Infrastructure Operations

• •Support incident communication coordination:
• •Notify relevant stakeholders
• •Track escalation status
• •Maintain incident timelines

• •Monitor infrastructure operational alerts, including:
• •Security system outages
• •Access disruptions
• •Facility-related operational issues

• •Maintain real-time situational awareness during active incidents
• •Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and tracking records
• •Adhere to GSOC standard operating procedures, escalation thresholds, and event classification models
• •Support 24/7 operations, including shift-based monitoring coverage

Requirements:

• •Diploma holder
• •1 year working experience in a similar role in Data Centre
• •Basic understanding of Physical security systems (ACS, CCTV, IDS) and Data centre operations and critical infrastructure environments
• •Strong situational awareness and ability to perform structured triage
• •Ability to follow escalation protocols with discipline and accuracy
• •Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
