Microsoft 365やモバイルデバイス管理（MDM）を中心とした情報系インフラの構築・セキュリティ関連プロジェクトにおいて、要件定義から設計・構築、運用改善、アウトソーシング先のマネジメントまで、プロジェクト全体の推進をお任せします。

募集背景

楽天モバイル店舗ののインフラ強化やセキュリティ向上を目的としたプロジェクトが増加しています。これらのプロジェクトをリードし、推進体制を強化するため新たに担当者を募集します。

業務内容

  • Microsoft 365（Intune、Exchange、SharePoint等）導入および運用におけるプロジェクトマネジメント
  • ・ 要件定義、設計、構築、テスト、導入、運用改善までの一連の工程管理
  • ・プロジェクト計画の策定、進捗・課題・リスク管理
  • ・社内関係部門（店舗管理部門、セキュリティ部門等）やベンダー、アウトソーシング先との調整・折衝
  • ・AutoPilotや条件付きアクセスポリシーの設計・運用
  • ・業務プロセスの自動化推進、運用改善提案
  • ・プロジェクトメンバーや外部パートナーのマネジメント

働く環境

  • ビジネスプロセス設計部：40人
  • 業務システム設計課：13人

必須要件：

  • ・プロジェクトのマネージメント経験
  • ・Office 365もしくはIntuneの導入/運用経験

歓迎要件：

  • ・フランチャイズ店舗の情報システム経験者
  • ・Windows、ネットワーク等インフラの上流工程の経験
