Requirements

This position requires the following:

• •Prior experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• •Confident and highly social personality
• •Greeting and welcoming guests
• •Delivering food from expo line to guests at bar and tables
• •Ability to move quickly and efficiently
• •Knowledge of all food and beverage items
• •Ensuring dining room stays clean: floors swept, tables/chairs/furniture wiped down
• •Understanding of dining room stations
• •Supporting service staff
• •Ability to communicate well with others
• •Team oriented attitude
• •Other duties as assigned by management team
