  • Professionelle telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung.
  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Produkten, Verträgen oder Dienstleistungen.
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten im System.
  • Lösungsorientierte Beratung (kein klassischer Kaltakquise-Verkauf!).
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und eine freundliche Telefonstimme.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise.
