Aufgaben

  • Prüfung und Genehmigung von Bauvorhaben einschließlich Bearbeitung von Bauanträgen und Bauvoranfragen sowie Erteilung von Baugenehmigungen bis zur Baufreigabe
  • Baurechtliche Beratung von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern der Stadt Emmendingen und deren Ortschaften einschließlich Prüfung planungs- und bauordnungsrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen
  • Bearbeitung und Durchsetzung von bauordnungsrechtlichen Maßnahmen
  • Bearbeitung denkmalschutzrechtlicher Genehmigungsverfahren und Anzeigeverfahren sowie Beratung zu baulichen Veränderungen an Kulturdenkmalen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Inventarisation historischer Gebäude
  • Bearbeitung weiterer öffentlich-rechtlicher Verfahren und fachrechtlicher Stellungnahmen
