Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Instandhaltungswerk Leverkusen-Opladen suchen wir dich!

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Abwicklung der Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, Planung und Steuerung der Ersatzteilversorgung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung von Arbeitsvorgängen, Arbeitsfolgen sowie Betriebsmitteln
  • Unterstützung der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Planung von Instandhaltungsaufträgen
  • Durchführung von Kalkulationen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, sowie Erstellen von Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Sachliche Prüfung der Rechnungen Lieferanten sowie Mitarbeit und ggf. Durchführung der Rechnungsstellung Kunden
  • Weiterentwicklung des ERP basierten Controllings (Kosten, Stunden)

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Effiziente, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel sowie ERP-Systemen (ProAlpha wünschenswert)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

### Weitere Informationen

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet.
