Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erfasst Serviceanfragen und erstellst Angebote.
  • Du wickelst Aufträge für Sondermaschinen und Ersatzteile von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferung ab und erstellst die erforderlichen Rechnungen und Lieferpapiere.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Exportabwicklung inklusive der Erstellung der erforderlichen Ausfuhrdokumente sowie die Durchführung der administrativen Versandabwicklung.
  • Du wickelst Reparaturen und Reklamationen von Ersatzteilen ab.
  • Du organisierst Montageeinsätze der Mitarbeiter und führst die Reisenachbereitung inkl. Rechnungsstellung durch.
  • Du behältst auch bei mehreren Vorgängen den Überblick, arbeitest strukturiert und diszipliniert und findest gemeinsam mit den Beteiligten passende Lösungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit SAP.
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an technischen Produkten.
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und kommunizierst sicher mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert und arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen zusammen
