  • Telefonische, schriftliche und persönliche Betreuung und Beratung Ihrer nationalen und internationalen Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Beziehung zu Key-Kunden
  • Angebotserstellung und -nachverfolgung
  • Serviceorientiertes Retouren- und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Sie unterstützen das Team bei anfallenden administrativen Tätigkeiten

  • Für ein Unternehmen aus der Metall- und Elektroindustrie suchen wir kommunikative Persönlichkeiten, die Kunden professionell begleiten und betreuen.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sie sind kommunikativ und überzeugend
