Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig & strukturiert

  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung eingehender Bestellungen
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Durchführung auftragsbezogener Warenbestellungen bei Lieferanten
  • Erfassung von Wareneingangsbelegen sowie Speditionsaufträgen
  • Fakturierung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
