  • DEINE AUFGABEN: Erstellung von Angeboten und Bearbeitung von
  • Ersatzteil- und Reparaturaufträgen Durchführung von Kalkulationen
  • sowie Unterstützung der Projektleitung Pflege und Kontrolle
  • auftragsbezogener Daten und Konten in SAP SD und IMT
  • Rechnungsstellung, Kontenklärung und Überwachung offener Forderungen
  • Termin- und Kostenkontrolle sowie Koordination von Rücklieferungen,
  • Garantie- und Instandsetzungsfällen DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann,
  • Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar Idealerweise
  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Sachbearbeitung oder im
  • Vertriebsinnendienst Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Modul SD,
  • von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise HIER
