Für einen führenden Hersteller aus der Textilindustrie suchen wir Dich, um das Team im Customer Service in Lüneburg zu verstärken. Das Unternehmen produziert hochwertige Stoffe für Yachten, Autos und Möbel und beliefert internationale Kunden.

Als Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) bist Du für die ordentliche Abwicklung der eingehenden Aufträge zuständig. Dabei arbeitest Du in einem kleinen Team und bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Händler.

  • Unbefristete Festanstellung in Vollzeit (38 Stunden pro Woche) direkt beim Unternehmen
  • Gehalt 3.500 bis 3.700 € brutto monatlich (je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung)
  • Arbeitszeiten von 8 bis 17 Uhr, freitags bis 15 Uhr
  • Firmenlaptop und Firmenhandy

  • Ausführliche Einarbeitung und strukturierte Abläufe
  • Das sind Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bearbeitest die Aufträge in SAP vom Eingang bis zur Rechnung
  • Du betreust Kunden auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du beantwortest Anfragen von neuen Kunden
  • Du übernimmst den After-Sales-Support
  • Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam aus dem Backoffice
  • Das ist Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Kaufmann/-frau für Bürokommunikation, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Bürokaufmann/-frau
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Bereichen, z.B. Auftragsabwicklung, Auftragsbearbeitung, Kundenservice, Kundendienst, Vertriebsinnendienst, Inside Sales, Kundenberatung, Logistik oder Verwaltung
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit SAP und Excel
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du arbeitest genau, kundenorientiert und gerne im Team
