Für unseren namhaften Auftraggeber in Regensburg suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung Medizintechnik (m/w/d).

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Außendienst, Einkauf, Technik und Versand
  • Ansprechpartner für Krankenkassen, Patienten und Ärzte
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Hilfsmitteldaten
  • Telefonischer Kundenservice und allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

### Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Kenntnisse sowie medizinische Qualifikation (MFA/ZFA) wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude am telefonischen sowie schriftlichen Umgang mit unseren Kunden

### Wir bieten

  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • Arbeitszeiten 07:30 – 16:00 Uhr / 08:30 – 17:00 Uhr im wöchentlichen Wechsel
  • Arbeitszeit von 40 Stunden pro Woche
