Die OTM Metallwaren GmbH ist ein leistungsstarker Hersteller von Präzisionsteilen in der metallverarbeitenden Branche. Wir fertigen anspruchsvolle Teile für den Anlagen- und Maschinenbau, sowie für den Bereich der Medizintechnik.

Ab sofort suchen wir eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d) Auftragsabwicklung und Materialeinkauf zur unbefristeten Einstellung in Vollzeit, auch Teilzeit möglich ab 30h/Woche.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Terminverfolgung und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Durchführung von Materialbestellungen sowie Überwachung von Lieferterminen
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten

Voraussetzungen:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung, Disposition oder im Einkauf von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse der eingesetzten Materialien, Werkstoffe und Zeichnungsangaben
  • Kenntnisse Winline wünschenswert
  • strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
