Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, eines landesweit erfolgreichen Unternehmens in der IT-Branche, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sachbearbeiter Auftragsmanagement (m/w/d) in Böblingen .

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung von Lieferterminen mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen sowie relevanter Versand- und Lieferdokumente
  • Pflege von Auftragsdaten und Kundenstammdaten im ERP-System
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Auftragsprozesse

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Auftragsmanagement oder in der Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
