  • Position: SACHBEARBEITER AUFTRAGSMANAGEMENT (M/W/D) IT-LOGISTIK DEIN
  • AUFGABENPROFIL Mitarbeit im Order Management zur Koordination und
  • Steuerung von Aufträgen über die gesamte operative Logistikkette
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Tracking von Aufträgen bezüglich
  • IT-Komponenten Tages-, Wochen- und Monatsplanung aller eingehenden
  • Aufträge Bearbeitung und Koordinierung sämtlicher logistischer
  • Arbeitsschritte Dokumentation und Ablage von Auftragsdaten für
  • Rollouts, Rollbacks und Umzüge Erstellung von operativem Reporting zu
  • Volumen und Abwicklung sowie Anregung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Telefonische Korrespondenz mit beteiligten internen Einheiten und
  • Logistikpartnern Unterstützung und Klärung der Differenzen bei
  • Lagerinventuren DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossene
  • kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung Erste einschlägige
  • Berufserfahrung (mindestens 1 Jahr) im Logistik-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt
  • auf betriebswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben sowie der Auftragsabwicklung und
  • -steuerung Erfahrung im Problemmanagement, in der Partnerkommunikation
  • und in der Reklamationsbearbeitung Kenntnisse in einem
  • Warenwirtschaftssystem wie SAP MM oder SAP SD sowie im
  • Transportauftragsmanagement Beherrschung der Microsoft Office
  • Anwendungen wie z.B. Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook Sehr
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse Eigenständige
  • Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, gute Umgangsformen und eine gute
