Aktuell suchen wir langfristig für unseren Kunden im Raum Leonberg Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Anforderungen:

  • Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsplanung
  • Gute Prozesskenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP/R3 und Kenntnisse in wayRTS wünschenswert
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und konstruktiver Umgang mit Konflikten
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz

Aufgaben:

  • ganzheitliche Terminplanung und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Sicherstellung der Liefertermine durch Überwachung der „Meilensteine“ über die komplette Lieferkette von Konstruktion, Produktion bis zum Versand
  • enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Verantwortlichen in Montage und Fertigung bzgl. Kapazitäten und Belegung
  • Disposition von Baugruppen
  • Abstimmung der Liefertermine mit dem Vertrieb
