## Sachbearbeiter Backoffice Kunden (m/w/d) – Schwerin

Sie suchen eine kaufmännische Position mit klaren Prozessen, Kundenbezug und Schnittstellenarbeit? Dann ist diese Stelle als Sachbearbeiter Backoffice (m/w/d) in Schwerin genau richtig für Sie.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Einspeise- und Bezugskunden (Strom/Gas)
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenprozessen vom Antrag bis zur Abrechnung
  • Klärung von Kundenanfragen und Pflege der Unterlagen
  • Kaufmännische Inbetriebnahme sowie Prozessunterstützung
  • Mitarbeit an Sonderthemen und Projekten

### Das sollten Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Erfahrung im Prozess- oder Projektumfeld
  • Strukturierte, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
