### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Bauanträgen und isolierten Befreiungen
  • Durchführung von Bauleitplanverfahren
  • Betreuung gemeindlicher Bauvorhaben
  • Verwaltung von Grundstücken, Liegenschaften sowie Straßen- und Wegerechten
  • Allgemeine Bauamtsaufgaben und Mitwirkung im Sitzungsdienst

### Dein Profil:

  • Verwaltungsfachangestelltenausbildung, Fachprüfung II oder Fachprüfung I mit mehrjähriger Bauamtserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung im öffentlichen Bauwesen oder Baugewerbe
  • Kenntnisse im BauGB und in der BayBO
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an abendlichen Gemeinderats- und Ausschusssitzungen
