Aufgaben, die Dir gefallen werden:

  • ✓ Vergabe und Verwaltung von Spinden für Mitarbeitende
  • ✓ Bestellung, Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe aller in der BO anfallenden Firmen
  • ✓ Mitarbeit bei Projekten innerhalb der Abteilung
  • ✓ Selbständige Vorbereitung von Sitzungen - organisatorisch und inhaltlich
  • ✓ Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Events und Aktionen
  • ✓ teilw. Personalplanung des, der Betriebsorganisation zugeordneten Personals

Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst:

  • ✓ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • ✓ Hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • ✓ Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • ✓ Kenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil
  • ✓ Eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
