Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin am Standort Mechau einen Sachbearbeiter in der Finanzbuchhaltung m/w/d

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Unterstützung bei den laufenden Arbeiten der Hauptbuchhaltung, z.B. Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen und Kontenabstimmung
  • Arbeiten im Dokumenten-Management-System, z.B. Rechnungseingang
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Buchhaltungsstandards und -richtlinien

Sie bringen mit

  • Kfm. Ausbildung mit fachlicher Zusatzausbildung
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zahlenaffinität
  • DMS-Erfahrung wünschenswert
  • sichere Anwendung von MS Office, gute Excel Anwender-Kompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
