Für unser dynamisches Team am Standort Dresden suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten und zahlenaffinen kaufmännischen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) mit sehr guten Buchhaltungskenntnissen in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (nach Vereinbarung). Wenn Sie strukturierte Abläufe schätzen und Ihre Expertise in der Buchhaltung einbringen möchten, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig!

Arbeitsbeginn nach Absprache.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Selbstständige Durchführung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Kontenabstimmung und Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge
allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten
Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und des Mahnwesens
Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Banken und Wirtschaftsprüfer
vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung

Ihr Profil:

Lexware-Kenntnisse
allgemeine kaufmännische Kenntnisse
zahlenaffin
umfassende Buchhaltungskenntnisse in praktischer Anwendung
verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1)
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware
Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
