#### Aufgaben

Für unseren renommierten Kunden aus Karlsruhe sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Mitarbeiter Customer Service (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung.

  • Betreuung und Beratung nationaler und internationaler Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Auftragsannahme und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Koordination von Lieferterminen und internen Abstimmungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Kundenanliegen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten

#### Anforderung

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Service, Kundenservice oder Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Fremdsprache
  • Gute MS-Office- und idealerweise ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Kundenorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
