# Job Beschreibung

  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung administrativer Vorgänge sowie Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Abrechnungen und Rechnungen
  • Pflege, Bereinigung und Aktualisierung von Daten, Arbeitsunterlagen und Baumappen in relevanten IT-Systemen
  • Bearbeitung von Sonder- und Altfällen sowie Klärung offener Vorgänge
  • Prüfung und Pflege von GIS-, Zähler- und Auftragsdaten
  • Administrative Abwicklung von Hausanschlüssen, Baustrom und weiteren Netzdienstleistungen einschließlich Bearbeitung von iConnect-Anmeldungen
  • Anlage und Pflege von Arbeits- und Instandhaltungsaufträgen sowie Bearbeitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenanfragen

# Job Anforderungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im MS-/NS-/SB-Netzbau und -betrieb
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft und gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, MS Office und webbasierten Anwendungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
