Stellenangebot Sachbearbeiter Debitor (M/W/D)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Buchung von Bankkontoauszügen in EUR und Fremdwährungen
  • Kontierung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen, Gutschriften und sonstigen Belegen
  • Durchführung von Mahnläufen sowie Erstellung von Mahnschreiben
  • Erstellung von Provisionsabrechnungen und Bearbeitung entsprechender Korrespondenz
  • Elektronische Archivierung von Belegen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Prüfung und Abstimmung von Konten sowie offenen Posten
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Saldenbestätigungen und Kontoauskünften

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP FI sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
