Für unsere Abteilung Debitorenbuchhaltung suchen wir ab 01.01.2027 (befristet bis 31.12.2028) einen

Sachbearbeiter Debitorenbuchhaltung (m/w/d) Vollzeit

Was dich erwartet:

  • Klärung von Personenkonten insbesondere bei Abzügen sowie Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens
  • Verbuchung von Kontoauszügen und Erstellung von Lastschriftläufen
  • Schnittstellenbetreuung sowie Kundenkontakt
  • Bonitätsprüfung von Debitoren
  • KPI Ermittlung für den Bereich u.a. Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) und Überfälligkeitsanalysen
  • Intercompany Abstimmung in der Weleda Gruppe
  • Erstellung von internen Rechnungen sowie Anlage von Dauerbuchungen
  • Fremdwährungskurspflege
  • Überwachung und Verwaltung aller finanziellen Transaktionen im Webshop, einschließlich der Erfassung und Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen und -ausgängen
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Identifizierung und Behebung von Fehlern und Unstimmigkeiten im Zahlungsverkehr
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team, dem Vertrieb, den Webshopmanager sowie den Key Usern
  • Monats- sowie Jahresabschlussarbeiten / Reporting Webshop
  • Ansprechpartner zum Webshop zu allen Belangen im Accounting

Was du mitbringst:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen- und Rechnungswesen
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie eine analytische- systematische Arbeitsweise welche durch Verlässlichkeit, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Selbstständigkeit geprägt ist
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 oder SAP 4 HANA
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung gegenüber externen und internen Kunden
  • Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
