### We want

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandel oder Spedition
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität
  • Organisationstalent und Einsatzfreude
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse

### Your job

  • Zentrale Einsatzplanung der Servicetechniker unter Einhaltung von Fristen und organisatorischen Vorgaben
  • Kommunikation mit unseren Kollegen im Außendienst, Lager und Technik im Rahmen der Einsatzplanung
  • Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und Briefpost
  • Fortlaufende Optimierung der Tourenplanung
