Sachbearbeiter Dokumentation / Dokumentationsfachkraft (m/w/d)

  • Für unseren renommierten Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte Dokumentationsfachkraft (m/w/d).
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Strukturierung, Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von digitalen und physischen Dokumenten
  • Definition und Einhaltung von Ablage-, Benennungs- und Versionierungsregeln
  • Sicherstellung von Nachvollziehbarkeit, Vollständigkeit und Revisionssicherheit
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Prüfungen und internen Kontrollen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationsrichtlinien
  • Pflege und Konfiguration von Dokumentenablage, Metadaten, Workflows und Berechtigungen
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Anwenderfragen und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
  • Keine Sorge: Vorkenntnisse in DocuWare sind ein Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung – alles kann erlernt werden
  • Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Freude an systematischen Arbeiten
  • Lernbereitschaft, sich in neue Systeme wie DocuWare einzuarbeiten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, wünschenswert im Bereich technischer Betriebsanlagen
  • Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und digitale Workflows
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, Kreativität, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutsch fließend, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
