Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortungsbereich umfasst alle Vertriebs- und vertriebsunterstützenden Tätigkeiten, insbesondere:- Lieferungen- Versand- und Zollpapiere
  • Bestellbearbeitung und Terminverfolgung
  • Wareneingang Fertigung und Einkauf
  • bedienen der EDV Systeme in allen Bereichen
  • Statistiken, Protokolle, Formulare- Nachkalkulationen
  • Auftragsbearbeitung VK + EK- Ablage

Anforderungen:

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Grundkenntnisse E-Mail Verkehr auf Englisch
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Flexibilität
  • Motiviert
  • Verantwortungsvoll
