Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Bestellungen
  • Erfassung und Buchung von Wareneingängen und Lieferscheinen
  • Überwachung von Bestellungen und Lieferterminen
  • Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im operativen Einkauf

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Englischkenntnisse für das internationale Umfeld
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
