Für einen renommierten Kunden suchen wir u.s Vakanz. Die Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit der anschließender Übernahme zu besetzen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Erstellung von Bestellungen, Warenabrufen und Gutschriften
  • Erfassung von Lieferscheinen und Wareneingangsrechnungen
  • Pflege der Stammdaten im ERP-System sowie Anlage neuer Lieferanten
  • Rechnungsprüfung und -eingabe sowie Erfassung interner Umlagerungen
  • Eigenständige Nachverhandlung von Angeboten mit Lieferanten
  • Prüfung und Eingabe von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Lieferanten nach Preis-, Termin- und Qualitätskriterien

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Einkauf „oder operativen Einkauf“
  • Analytische, kommunikative und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe
  • Sichere, kompetente Ansprechperson für fachliche Fragen
  • Teamplayer\*in mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit und gutem Prozessverständnis
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP/R 3 Kenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
