# Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (m/w/d)

Vollzeit | Nürnberg

Unser Kunde ist ein internationales produzierendes Unternehmen im Süden von Nürnberg.

Die Rolle ist im operativen Einkauf angesiedelt und übernimmt die Bearbeitung von Bestellprozessen sowie die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen.

Aufgaben:

  • Umsetzung und Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen im SAP-System sowie manuelle Erfassung bei Bedarf
  • Erstellung von Bestellungen und Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen in Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Einholung und Auswertung von Preisangeboten sowie Unterstützung bei der Lieferantenauswahl
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Klärung von Abweichungen mit Lieferanten
  • Pflege von Preis- und Stammdaten im SAP-System
  • Bearbeitung interner Anfragen sowie Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Vertretung innerhalb des Einkaufsbereichs bei Abwesenheiten

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Beschaffung eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 MM
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
