Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bestellabwicklung und Rechnungskontrolle
  • Sicherstellen der Qualität des Beschaffungsprozesses sowie der Ware
  • Bearbeitung und Einholen von Angeboten bei Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Einkaufs- und Warenwirtschaftsprozesse
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Disposition und Logistik sowie Marketing und Vertrieb

Dein Profil:

  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit EDV-System und sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise auch bei zeitkritischen Aufträgen
  • hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
