Wir suchen ab sofort eine\*n (Sachbearbeiter) Einkäufer\*in (m/w/d)

unbefristetes Teilzeitarbeitsverhältnis (20 Std./Woche; Mo.-Fr. vormittags)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • strategische und operative Steuerung des Einkaufs
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bedarfsdeckung
  • aktives Lieferantenmanagement innerhalb eines eigenen Lieferantenstamms
  • eigenständiges Einholen von Angeboten und Aufstellung von Angebotsvergleichen
  • Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Rechnungsprüfung nach bestehenden Verträgen
  • aktive Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und Lieferanten

Dein Profil:

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder Materialwirtschaft
  • sicheres und professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
