  • So sieht Dein Arbeitsalltag aus
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung, Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie Produkt- und Tarifberatung in der Energiebranche
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Abrechnungen, Wechselprozessen und Marktkommunikation
  • Mitwirkung im Einspeise-, Messstellen- und Forderungsmanagement
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Teams zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - Bürokauffrau, Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation, Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin (gn)
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und Interesse an energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen
  • Umfangreiche MS Office Kenntnisse gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
