## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenaufträgen im Bereich Ersatzteillogistik
  • Terminabstimmung sowie Überwachung der Lieferfähigkeit
  • Organisation und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Versandprozesse
  • Erstellung von Versand-, Zoll- und Begleitdokumenten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Retouren sowie Transportschäden
  • Kommunikation mit internen Fachabteilungen, Logistikdienstleistern und Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung logistischer Prozesse
  • Pflege und Dokumentation relevanter Auftrags- und Versanddaten
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten sowie bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Logistik oder im Customer Service von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
