### Deine Mission:

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Export-, Versand- und Zolldokumenten
  • Betreuung und Beratung internationaler Kunden sowie Vertriebspartner
  • Angebots- und Auftragsbearbeitung im Werkzeug- und Industriebedarf
  • Organisation und Überwachung nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Abstimmung mit Speditionen, Logistikdienstleistern und Zollbehörden
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Artikeldaten im ERP-System
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Klärung von Lieferterminen
  • Einhaltung und Anwendung exportrechtlicher Vorschriften

### Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder Speditionskaufmann/-frau
  • Berufserfahrung im Export, Vertriebsinnendienst oder internationalen Handel von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Zollabwicklung und Exportdokumentation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Technisches Interesse an Werkzeugen und Industriebedarf wünschenswert
