Sachbearbeiter Export-/Importlogistik (m/w/d)

  • in Teilzeit (Möglichkeit auch in Vollzeit) - Planung und Organisation von LKW- / See- und Luftfrachtsendungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Behörden und Logistikpartnern
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von elektronischen Ausfuhranmeldungen in der Zollsoftware SAP - GTS
  • Ausstellung von Ursprungsnachweisen
  • Einreihung von Waren - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Speditionskaufmann-/frau
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Zollabfertigung
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und idealerweise mit SAP Modulen GTS und SD
  • Basiskenntnisse in der Exportkontrolle
  • Bereitschaft zur permanenten Weiterbildung im Zollbereich
  • Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - 30 Tage Urlaub, Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • unbefristeter Anstellungsvertrag
