Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden im Raum Allmersbach Exportsachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Export / Versand / Zollabwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Versandlabels / Frachtpapieren – DHL, UPS, FedEx
  • Erfahrung mit Speditionsaufträgen
  • Erfahrung in der Dokumentation und Ablage (im ERP) relevanter Versand- und Exportunterlagen
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Exportdokumenten - wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse in Zoll- und Außenwirtschaft für einfache Export Drittländer – wünschenswert, kein Muss
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise ProAlpha
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben:

  • Export, Versand, Zollabwicklung
  • Speditionsaufträge
  • Dokumentation und Ablage relevanter Versand- und Exportunterlagen (im ERP)
