Sachbearbeiter Facility Management (m/w/d)

Deshalb suchen wir Kollegen (m/w/d) mit Freude an Verantwortung und Engagement.

  • Operative Unterstützung des Facility Managements, insbesondere bei der Prüfung von Handwerksdienstleistungen
  • Plausibilisierung und Bearbeitung eingehender Schadensmeldungen
  • Anlage und Verwaltung von Schadensfällen im Claim-System
  • Kontrolle von Rechnungen, Kostenvoranschlägen und Angebotsvergleichen
  • Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen (z. B. Beseitigung kleinerer Schäden, einfache Instandsetzungen)
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik, Metallbau, Gas-Wasserinstallation oder Elektrotechnik
  • Freude daran, kleinere Reparaturen eigenständig zu übernehmen
  • Softwareaffinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, sowohl im Büro als auch praktisch auf der Fläche zu arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
