Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

Für unseren Kunden in 44269 Dortmund suchen wir ab sofort mehrere Sachbearbeiter für das Fakturacenter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische und kaufmännische Rücklaufbearbeitung der Montageaufträge
  • Auftragssachbearbeitung im Bereich Rechnungserstellung
  • Auftragsendbearbeitung und Fakturastellung für alle dem Auftragscenter zugewiesenen Aufträge, insbesondere die Montageaufträge für Regeltausch und Kleinaufträge
  • Korrekturen bearbeiten von Fakturen für Vertragsrechnungen und Kleinaufträge

Ihr Profil:

Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann im E-Commerce (m/w/d), Tourismuskaufmann (m/w/d)
