  • Aufgaben:
  • Forderungsmanagement und Warenkreditversicherung
  • Erstellung und Versendung der OPOS-Auswertung sowie Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen
  • Kommunikation mit Vertriebsinnendienst, Außendienst und Händlern
  • Bearbeitung und Versendung von Briefabrufen der Händler
  • Durchführung 7-tägiger Mahnläufe und Vorbereitung von Lastschriften unter Berücksichtigung von Liefer­terminen und Reklamationen
  • Ablage und Pflege der im Haus zurückbehaltenen KFZ-Briefe sowie Erstellung der Intrastat-Statistiken
  • Mitwirkung an der SAP-Einführung und an Prozessoptimierungen
  • Profil:
  • Steuerfachangestellter, Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und im Forderungsmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und DATEV sowie mit dem ERP-System Microsoft Navision
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verschwiegenheit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
