Sachbearbeiter Finanzen/ Netzkundenabrechnung (m/w/d)

befristet bis zum 30.06.2027, Übernahme/ Verlängerung möglich

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

  • Unterstützung bei der Datenbereinigung
  • Durchführung und Qualitätssicherung der Messproduktwechsel
  • Zählerwechsel
  • Vorherige Prüfung der Wechselvorgänge
  • Pflege der Zählerstände aus der MaCo-Cloud
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Schwachstellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ursachenermittlung und Problemlösung
  • Unterstützung im Reporting
  • Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung relevanter Daten für Berichte
  • Gewährleistung der korrekten Daten und fristgerechten Übermittlung
  • an Marktpartner

Voraussetzungen/Kenntnisse/Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft zwingend notwendig
  • EDIFACT-Grundlagenkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kundenanliegen
  • Grundkenntnisse im intelligenten Messwesen (iMS) sowie
  • Prozessverständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Stornierung und Korrektur von Rechnungen
  • Prozesskenntnisse bei fernauslesbaren Zählern
  • Verständnis für Gerätekonfigurationen, z. B. Parametrierung
  • über KONF-ID
  • Kommunikation mit Messdatenmanagement
  • Grundkenntnisse in Stammdatenprozessen bei Gerätedaten
