Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in Erding suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Sachbearbeiter Fuhrparkmanagement (m/w/d)“.

### Aufgaben

  • Als Sachbearbeiter Fuhrparkmanagement (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie die kaufmännische Verwaltung und Organisation des Fahrzeugbestands
  • Zudem koordinieren und buchen Sie Fahrzeuge und bearbeiten entsprechende Anfragen
  • Darüber hinaus pflegen und aktualisieren Sie Fahrzeug- und Stammdaten in den eingesetzten Systemen
  • Zusätzlich prüfen und bearbeiten Sie Rechnungen rund um den Fuhrpark
  • Dabei unterstützen Sie das Tagesgeschäft im Flottenmanagement und übernehmen allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

### Qualifikationen

  • Sie bringen mindestens erste Erfahrung in der Fuhrparkverwaltung mit
  • Besonders passend ist Berufserfahrung als Sachbearbeiter Fuhrparkmanagement (m/w/d), Disponent Fuhrpark (m/w/d) oder Fuhrparkassistent (m/w/d)
  • Sie verfügen über SAP-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einer Flottenmanagementsoftware
  • Zusätzlich bringen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit sowie einen gültigen PKW-Führerschein
  • Wichtig sind eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
