Bautechniker Fachrichtung Hochbau (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst insbesondere:

  • Vorbereitung, Organisation, Durchführung und Abrechnung von gemeindlichen Baumaßnahmen im Hochbau
  • Begleitung von Planungs-, Projektierungs- und Ausführungsprozessen Erhaltungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Hochbau
  • Planung und Umsetzung baulicher Unterhaltsmaßnahmen
  • Energiewirtschaftliche Themen
  • Klimathemen
  • Brandschutz in Gemeindegebäuden

Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Hochbau
  • Innovativ und zukunftsorientiert
  • Überzeugende mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Besitz der Fahrerlaubnisklasse B
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen
